Newton Jr. is Chairman of Newtown Vision Corp, LLC, and Co-Founder and CEO of AmeriCasa Solutions, LLC., First Home Financial, LLC, and FutureHomeX, LLC. He founded NVC in 2008 to provide investment capital and guidance to technology-based platform companies. He launched AmeriCasa in 2017 with the strategic plan to deliver a frictionless experience to buyers of affordable housing. AmeriCasa has launched several operating subsidiaries supporting a vertically integrated delivery solution in manufactures housing to include retail, insurance, finance, and real estate communities. FutureHomeX, LLC was launched to build the most advanced digital platform connecting all of the steps and vendors associated with the manufactured home sales and delivery process. Today, FutureHomeX believes that it operates the most advanced tech platform in the industry to include a nearshore shared service center based in Bogota, Colombia.

Mr. Newton previously served several senior positions at ManpowerGroup (NYSE:MAN) to include General Manager and Vice President of ManpowerGroup Solutions - Language Services and President of ManpowerGroup Public Sector and in 2005 as Vice President of COMSYS Services, an IT staffing and business solutions company purchased by ManpowerGroup in 2010. He has more than 30 years of business leadership experience and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in finance from the University of Texas.
